HISTORY

Initially, M/s. Mak Cast Company has been formed as casting metal and foundry materials in the year 2010 which is situated at Rajkot Gujarat, India. It’s monthly production capacity is 100 Tons per month. By that time onwards, the company has earned a lot of fame in casting and moulding metals.

In the year 2015, M/s. Madhuram Technocast has been formed by Mr. Vithalbhai Busa who is the CEO of the company, provided it a state of the art technologies and introduced new facilities i.e. Melting Shop, Moulding Shop including Green Sand, No Bake, Core Shop including No Bake, CO2, Cold Core, Auto Sand Plant, Shot Blasting, Grinding/ Fettling and Painting etc. which is the fully automated system implemented by the company. Currently, Mr. Alpesh Busa is controlling the activities like Quality of the products/ services and company’s affairs as a whole.

The enterprise made a chain of success and convert it’s system of manufacturing cast iron from legacy to automated in the year 2015 and upgraded its processes in all stages of production.

India is the fastest growing economy and a global manufacturing source for General Engineering. Many OEMs are out sourcing their casting requirement from Asia and rest of the world.

Madhuram Technocast has turned around mainly through strong management initiatives like productivity improvement focusing on high end products, cost reduction measures etc., making full use of the uptrend in the market. Madhuram Technocast has got plans to enlarge its operations to capitalize on the growing demands for metals castings.

The management has the vision to expand the foundry capacity of Madhuram Technocast Group and achieve the target to produce 10000 MT per annum of castings by installing high pressure automated moulding line in near future. The foundry will meet the requirements of castings for various sectors of industries i.e. Automobile, Tractors, Heavy Earth Moving, Insulators, Compressors, Pipe Fittings, Valves, Pump Industries, Crane Industries, Gears and other Engineering Sectors. The main focus of the current investments is to ensure high quality standards considerably to meet the domestic and export customers in addition to increasing delivery capabilities.
